: The Ministry of Information & Communication and Ministry of Health are conducting a preliminary e-readiness survey of the Health System in Bhutan to implement Hospital Information System (HIS). Interested individual local consultants are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) addressed to Director, DIT by 5th December 2009, 10 AM. The consultants will be asked to submit their financial bids after short listing based on the evaluation criteria mentioned in the ToR.

: Department of Information Technology (DIT) in collaboration with the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) is upgrading the Zhiyog System to a full-fledged web-based system. The Zhiyog system is a Human Resource Management System for Government employees. The general scope of work is as follows:
- System study, requirements specification, design specification, development and implementation of the Zhiyog System, and training; and
- Provide long term support for the sustainability of the system under Change Management Contract (CMC).
DIT invites sealed bid in two parts (Technical & Financial) from the eligible Bhutanese firms with valid license to develop the Web-based Zhiyog System. The detailed terms of reference is provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document below. The bid must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit/Bid Security amounting to Nu.50,000 lump sum in the form of Cash Warrant/Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, DIT.
Sealed bids should be delivered on or before 2.30 p.m. on March 17, 2009 to DIT Office. The technical bids will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day in the DIT Conference hall, in presence of interested bidders, who choose to attend. DIT/RCSC reserves the right to reject or accept the bids without assigning any reason.
