Tender Detail : Sealed bids are invited from national consultancy Firms having valid trade license to conduct an Information analysis and Needs Assessment Survey for the Bhutan Portal.
The objective of the work is:
  • To compile a comprehensive listing of the government information available in the websites of government and non-government organization in Bhutan.
  • To determine the comprehensiveness, quality and currency of the information in the websites.
  • To determine the user-friendliness of the presentation of the information.
  • To survey and make an analysis on the information needs of various user groups of the Bhutan Portal
  • To make recommendations on government websites to better meet the needs of the users.
The bid document for the above mentioned task can be downloaded from here and the same can be acquired from the office of the Department of Information Technology, MoIC, Thimphu, from 14th February to 12th March 2007 upon payment of Nu.200 (nonrefundable) at AFD, MoIC.

Tender Detail : The Department of Information Technology, MoIC, (“the Employer”), invites rate sealed bids from the licensed Bhutanese, Indian and International firms for consultancy services who will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Draft an RFP for the proposed IT Park;
  • Identify potential IT infrastructure developers in the region;
  • Help set up meetings for RGoB with potential investors/tenants;
  • Prepare information packages for various participants;
  • Conduct desk research to support early implementation of the project.
