  1. Notice for Tender : Upgradation of eRALIS

    The Road Safety & Transport Authority and the Department of Information Technology & Telecom (DITT) invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for up-gradation of the eRALIS software at the RSTA, Thimphu.

    Interested Bidders may download the Bidding Documents attached below. Alternatively, the bidding documents are available on RSTA or MoIC websites ( www.rsta.gov.bt or www.moic.gov.bt). The Bidders must submit in writing, addressed to the Director, DITT, to inform their interest in participation in the tender.

    Bids submitted after 2 PM, 13/02/2013 shall not be accepted.

    The Department of Information Technology and Telecom now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Supply and Installation of the office equipments to 77 community centers

    Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the RGoB Procurement Rules and Regulations.
    Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Chencho, Head Promotion Division, gchencho@dit.gov.bt/jsonam@dit.gov.bt and inspect the Bidding Documents.
    A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Nu. 500 from 26th November 2012.

    Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2 PM on 25/12/2012.

    All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Nu 290000 for Lot 1, Nu 280000 for Lot 2.

  4. Inviting Request for Proposal to O&M of Community Centers

    The Department of Information Technology & Telecom, MoIC and Department of Local Governance, MoHCA would like to outsource Operation and Management (O&M) of 205 Community Centers (CCs) to interested registered vendors under Public Private Partnership.

    The interested registered vendors may submit completed RFP to the Director, DITT, MoIC latest by 10th August, 2011 before 11:00 AM.
