from where can i download the unicode for window vista?
i was trying to intall the unicode of windows xp in my windows vista but it does not support.so how should i go about.to intstall in my windows vista.

You can download Unicode Dzongkha tools from this link: www.dit.gov.bt/downloads.php and refer this link:http://www.dit.gov.bt/downloads/DzongkhaVista.pdf on how to install Dzongkha tools on Vista. Contact DIT at 321238 if you have any problem. We are willing to assist you in solving your problem.
