Remark: The Ministry waited for the involvement of NIC Delhi, to draw the e-governance action plan which would also chapter on the formation of e-governance body with clear roles and responsibilities. Since this has not been forth coming, we will now go ahead with the institution of the national body and will be submitted in June 2006.
