The Ministry of Information & Communication and Ministry of Health are conducting a preliminary e-readiness survey of the Health System in Bhutan to implement Hospital Information System (HIS). Interested individual local consultants are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) addressed to Director, DIT by 5th December 2009, 10 AM. The consultants will be asked to submit their financial bids after short listing based on the evaluation criteria mentioned in the ToR.
