The Ministry of Education (MoE) in collaboration with Department of Information Technology (DIT) would like to invite the competent national consultant firms to participate in carrying out the detail study/survey of the existing education system and infrastructure. The main objective of the survey is to come out with a suitable requirement/solution which can be used to develop the e-Portal service.
Interested firms may submit the Expression of Interest (EoI) on or before 2.30 pm on 4th Sept, 2009 to the Director, DIT, MoIC, Thimphu.
The firms shall be shortlisted based on their Expression of Interest which should include but not restricted to the following:
1. A valid license.
2. Have experience in similar kind of work.
3. Curriculum Vitae of personnel who will be involved in the work
4. Key person must have at least Masters Degree in relevant field.
The shortlisted firms shall be further asked to submit their RFP.
