The Academy is comprised of a comprehensive ICT for development training curriculum with eight core modules that begin with ICT basics and build up to more advanced topics in a coherent pedagogical manner. And AVA is designed to ensure that these Academy modules, and accompanying materials including virtual lectures, presentations, case studies and handouts, all released as open educational resources, are easily accessible online for download, re-use, customization and translation.

At this early stage of the AVA development, APCICT is actively seeking feedback from potential users and beneficiaries in fine tuning the AVA platform.
