ICT Parenting - HRD

We had heard lots about DITT being ICT's parenting agency. But what is happenign with the HRD Plan for the ICT Personals?????????????

Until a separate division or

Until a separate division or section that looks after the HR related issues of IT personnel’s of Dzongkhags and other agencies; DITT as a parenting agency ,there won’t be any concrete HRD plans and happenings.

DITT alone has about 30 ICT officers. If on average one IT personnel’s from DITT leaves for trainings in a month, another 18 are waiting for their turn. Then there are another 20- 30 ICT officers and Technical Associates from 20 Dzongkhags and 50-100 from 10 ministries, 20-30 from four constitutional offices and several other agencies.

What about transfers? Are transfers taking place among Ministries?
