This page tries to list down the required images for preparing the Customized Live CD. Default images can be used with out any modification.

1) logo displayed alongside the menu
   gnome-logo-transparent.png  found at /sarge-base/usr/share/pixmaps/  

2) open office splash screen.
  intro.bmp to /sarge-base/opt/openoffice.org2.0/program  

3) Splash images during the boot up of Live CD
   cd /mod/boot                
   gunzip miniroot.gz
   mount -o loop miniroot /iso
   cd /iso/bootsplash/images/
   //replace all the image files from /newimages using the move command
   Total number of images : 6
   bootsplash-1024x768.jpg, silent-1024x768.jpg, silent2-1024x768.jpg, silent3-1024x768.jpg,
   silent4-1024x768.jpg, silent5-1024x768.jpg

4) Grub image for the Live CD
   cd /mod/boot/grub/
   cp /mod/boot/grub/message /iso
   rm /mod/boot/grub/message
   cd /iso
   cpio -i < message
   //Customize the image shown by the grub
   Modify the background.pcx

 5) Grub image after Installing on the hard disk
    splash.xpm
    gzip splash.xpm
    mv splash.xpm.gz /etc
    /bin/ln -sf /etc/splash.xpm.gz /boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz //after completing the installation process

 6) Images used by the installer
    /sarge-base/usr/share/morphixinstaller/pixmaps/
    Number of images : 3
    dancingpenguin.gif, installpenguin.png, matty.png 

 7) Images for GDM after installing the Dzongkha linux
    cd /sarge-base/usr/share/gdm/themes
    mkdir gdm-dzongkhalinux
    copy the images to gdm-dzongkhalinux
    Number of Images: 3
    gnome-linux-desktop.png, background.jpeg, screenshot.png

    Modify the /etc/gdm/gdm.conf and make the following changes

     GraphicalTheme=gdm-dzongkhalinux
     GraphicalThemeDir=/usr/share/gdm/themes/
     #GraphicalThemeRand=true    

 8) Images for splashy
    /sarge-base/etc/splashy/themes/default/
    Number of images : 2
    background.jpg, error.jpg

 9) Desktop background and the splash screen while logging in
    /sarge-base/usr/share/images/desktop-base
    Number of image : 2
    desktop-splash, desktop-background
